Excited to be my friend Shimelle's September 4x6 Photo Love Guest over at 2 peas. I had a lot of fun creating both of these layouts. One is 8.5x11 and the other is 12x12 so there is something for everyone. These both came together really quickly and I used 9 4x6 photos which has to be a first for me I can't remember ever using that many 4x6's. This pocket page is a great idea for all those times you take a million photos but just can't scrap them all. I'm thinking this is going to be my go to design for kids birthday's and the holidays so that I can get more photos off the computer and on pages. This page I used Girls Paperie,7 Gypsies, Crate, Amy Tangerine, and Epiphany Crafts round & square Shape Studio tools.
For this 12x12 I used Crate, American Crafts, 7 Gypsies, and October Afternoon.
You can see how Shimelle picked her supplies and created her beautiful layout by watching this months video.
If you'd like to participate in this awesome challenge head over to Shimelle's blog post HERE for more details.
Thanks for stopping by have a great weekend!!~MK

love the pocket idea. This might entice me to actually scrap more. I hate the pressure of trying to get all the pictures I want scrapped- this is a cheat but a great one.
oooo love how you used vintage paper to mat your photos on the 12x12 layout. And i think it's so awesome how you used this to Document 9 years of Teagan!
I loved your take on this, especially as you've used my favourite border punch with the big scallops and holes. People keep asking me about it but I can't seem to see it anywhere. Do you know what its called? Thanks.
